FROM THE PASTOR   Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, “For behold, through the Cross joy has come to all the world.” Pascha is a feast of great joy! We will experience this joy in many ways: singing “Christ is Risen,” greeting one another, communing together in the Lord, and so forth. Ultimately, this joy comes from our Lord, God, and Saviour Jesus Christ who desires that His joy be in us and that it may be full (cf. John 15:11). Experiencing that joy to its fullest requires our journeying with Him through this Great and Holy Week, the week that changed the entire world. To be partakers of Christ’s joy, we must be with Him at the Last Supper, in Gethsemane, at Golgotha, and in the tomb. The services of Great & Holy Week enable us to be with Christ through His Passion.  The services of Bright Week greatly multiply this joy and give us a foretaste of the never-ending joy of the Kingdom of Heaven. ATTENTION-CHANGES: Time change ENTOMBMENT VESPERS /PROCESSION WITH SHROUD (Holy Friday) begins at 5PM this year. Yes that is FIVE pm.    DO NOT PARK ON HERITAGE RD at any time. Police will be ticketing. Pull into the church driveway and our attendants will help you find a spot. Better yet come early Sunday morning.  As regulars here you will know the Church grounds are extremely wet. Do not park on the wet grass or you will be sorry. Plus it wrecks the grass. Tell any guests the same.  Early arrivals can use the service road that winds along behind the cemetery. Ok- that's it about parking.  СПОВІДЬ будуть доступні під час служб (не на Великдень). And next year he will be celebrating two additional milestones: his monastic profession and priestly ordination (50th anniversary), and his episcopal consecration (30thanniversary). A spiritual bouquet is a collective gift of prayers, Liturgies, and sacrifices offered for his intentions. Please submit your prayerful contributions via our online form by March 20, 2026, so they may be compiled and presented from our Eparchy during a testimonial banquet in his honour on April 14.
