Understanding that you may be working to bring your loved ones to Canada you should be aware of the following.
All the usual stuff that happens in a war is happening now, confusion, chaos etc… the programs such as CUAET are not immune. The parish office understands that you may be frustrated. We have found that the CUAET help line is extremely useful. 1 613 321-4243. The parish (+ pastor) have no ability to influence or submit any specific visa applications. It is the policy of the parish office to refer you to the help line or local Ukrainian organizations (they are smarter than we are). Thank you for your understanding.
